At Confitence, I believe that achieving a healthier lifestyle starts with a positive mindset. My approach combines nutrition, fitness, and mental well-being to help you transform your life. I'll teach you science-based goal setting techniques, habit formation, mindfulness practices and time optimization that will help you increase your confidence and transform your life.
Hybrid Yin Yoga: combines strengthening, balance poses and deep relaxing stretches to calm your body and mind. Focused breathing and mindfulness will help center you.
Strength Cardio Flow: this dynamic fitness class blends cardiovascular exercise, strengthening, balance and stretching to provide a well-rounded fitness experience. We incorporate yoga, kickboxing, body weight workouts and plyometrics. It will build strength and make you sweat!
Specialty Classes: A variety of educational classes will be offered a few times a year to include: postural education, pelvic floor health, balance/fall prevention and the basics of nutrition
Private Training Sessions: 1-on-1 60-minute sessions are created for your individualized fitness needs and goals. As your Personal Trainer I will provide accountability and give you workout routines, nutritional advice and education on how to create long-lasting healthy habits in order to reach your long-term goals.
Small group sessions (2-3): If you have 1 or 2 friends you want to train with and have similar fitness needs and goals this may be an option for you. There isn't as much individual attention, but you'll still be given a workout program, guidance and advice along the way. It may be a more viable option for your budget.
As a health coach I will work with you to develop healthy eating habits that will improve your overall nutrition and wellbeing. You will learn how to make sustainable changes that will last a lifetime. I will provide food lists/options for healthy eating to reach your nutritional goals. I will educate you on proper supplements you may benefit from and what foods/substances you should avoid in order to reach your best results. What we put into our bodies is so important for our optimal health and the amount of toxins in the world is mind blowing. Providing education on how to become and stay healthy is my passion.
One thing I've noticed throughout the years as to why people are unable to maintain their health and fitness goals is their mindset. People will workout, eat well and maybe even take supplements, but they don't talk about their beliefs or mindset. We all have limiting beliefs that are holding us back in various areas of our lives, mostly from childhood and our environment. If we don't deal with them and make the necessary changes then we remain stuck in the same situation/life year after year and wonder, why we aren't making improvements. Working on your mindset is a priority to improve all areas of your life.

As a Physical Therapist/Personal Trainer for 25 years and previous owner of a personal training studio I love helping people transform their bodies and minds.
